This license comes with every Knyte Shade track you download from
mudnewspackage.com/music. It is written in plain language. If you follow it,
you may use the music for free, forever.


1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

You may use the tracks in your own work, free of charge, anywhere in the
world. This includes:

  - songs: rap, sing or play over the beats, and release the result,
    including on streaming services and for sale;
  - videos, livestreams, podcasts, films, games, apps and ads,
    including monetized ones;
  - editing: cut, loop, remix, slow down, speed up or rearrange the tracks
    inside your own work.

You owe no fee and no royalty. You do not need to ask first.


2. WHAT YOU MUST DO: CREDIT

Credit Knyte Shade wherever credits normally go (song credits, video
description, show notes, end titles). For example:

  Prod. by Knyte Shade (mudnewspackage.com/music)

If there is truly no place for a credit, you may leave it out, but you may
never say or suggest that you made the music.


3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

  a. Do not sell, share, upload or give away the tracks themselves, as they
     are or with small changes: not as beats, beat packs, loops, samples,
     stock music, sound libraries or NFTs. Point people to
     mudnewspackage.com/music instead.

  b. Do not register the tracks, or any work that uses them, with YouTube
     Content ID or any other audio-fingerprint or claiming system, and do not
     use such a system to claim money from anyone else who uses the tracks.

  c. Do not claim that you own or wrote the music.


4. CONTENT ID OR OTHER CLAIMS ON YOUR WORK

If a claim appears on your work because of a Knyte Shade track you used under
this license, write through mudnewspackage.com/contact with a link to your
work. We will help you clear it.


5. WHO OWNS WHAT

Knyte Shade keeps the copyright in the tracks and every right this license
does not give you. You own what you add yourself: your lyrics, vocals,
playing, footage and other material.


6. HOW LONG THIS LASTS

This license does not expire and will not be taken back while you follow it.
If you break it, it ends for you, and you must stop using the tracks in new
work. If you fix the problem within 30 days of being told about it, the
license comes back.


7. NO WARRANTY

The tracks are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. Knyte Shade
is not liable for any loss that comes from using them, as far as the law
allows.
