The books

These books were developed with generative AI tools under the author's direction. The disclosure stands on every record, filed or otherwise.

AI was used for prose, editing, and artwork in both books under my direction. Research and fiction gives the existing credits.

The art

The covers and the part and chapter engravings are AI-generated illustrations. They were made on 1 October 2026 with OpenAI gpt-image-2, from briefs written from the novels, checked against those briefs and approved by the author. The covers were enlarged with Real-ESRGAN.

The Commons

Commons discussion is separate from the novels and does not become story canon. You must be 13 or older to join. Post only material you have the right to share. Do not post harassment, threats, other people’s private information, spam or impersonations. Posting makes your display name and post visible on this site. Automated screening (fixed word and pattern rules, then an AI safety model, Llama Guard 3, run on Cloudflare Workers AI), reader reports and moderator review can reject, hide, lock or remove a post or a name. A post the AI model flags is held for a moderator instead of being published; you are told why, can see it on your profile page and can ask once for another look. A post flagged for child sexual exploitation is never published: it may be held for the site operator, who reports apparent offences against children to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), whoever posted them. When a moderator removes a post, the reason is shown on your profile page. Badges are awarded automatically by published rules, carry no prize or value, and may change or be withdrawn.
