Bought here through Stripe?

Your receipt and original delivery email identify the edition and formats you bought. After payment confirmation, look for the book email from delivery@mudnewspackage.com. If it has not arrived within one hour of confirmation, check spam and contact the publisher. Payments that are still processing do not trigger delivery.

Missing, expired or incorrect files

Private download access lasts 90 days after purchase, with up to 30 file downloads across the formats in your order. Files you have saved remain yours to read after the link expires. Contact purchase support for replacement access.

Email the receipt email address, approximate purchase date and the problem. For a file that will not open, include the format and your reading app or browser. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or your private delivery link.

Cancel or request a refund

You can leave checkout before paying. If you have already paid, email purchase support with your receipt details and reason for the request. These are digital files; there is no physical return shipment.

For purchases made here through Stripe, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Duplicate charges, unresolved non-delivery and materially defective or incorrect files receive a full refund. Other requests are reviewed under applicable law. Applicable consumer rights are not waived.

Bought on Amazon?

Both novels are available on Amazon in Kindle, paperback and hardcover editions. Amazon handles those orders, including checkout, current prices, taxes, delivery, returns and refunds. Use the order in your Amazon account for help.
