Officials, workers, families, traders, couriers, and witnesses carry different versions of the past. Each story shows who kept the record and who paid for its gaps.

What a citizen must be able to carry
Farbound citizenship is a practice of service, evidence, correction, and return. Standing records the work a person can be trusted to carry. It does not rank human worth.

Record the time, place, quantity, sound, condition, and witness before naming a cause.

Count the bearer
A schedule or policy is incomplete until you can name the person, resource, delay, and risk carrying its gap.

Leave a usable route
A civic action needs an owner, reference, next step, expected time, and way to ask for correction.

Keep disagreement legible
Preserve the first judgment, add the correction, and state which evidence changed the conclusion.

Distinguish notice from delivery
A posted rule proves what an office said. Check separately whether food, rest, access, or repair arrived.

Care protects consent and limits. Exposure keeps routes, counts, and responsibility visible. Repair attaches a discrepancy to work, an owner, and a return check. In The Second Line, those skills alter checks, prepared records, Leverage, Pressure, available methods, and the obligation filed at the end.
The layer connects the public archive to the game without turning the player into a Farbound Union character or changing the events of DISSONANCE.
