DISSONANCE: A Neo New Orleans Case File

Neo New Orleans, Year 19. The Board calls the hum running through its drowned wards civic maintenance. At the Anvil, Yvonne Celestin sets seven bowls for six living mouths. When shrine water rises against gravity and the hum goes rough, the household begins a record the Board cannot file away.

Told through relay logs, ration ledgers, witness testimony, and case reports, DISSONANCE follows the people who keep Ward 7 fed, connected, and answerable to one another. The investigation starts with a shortage. It reaches the city’s machinery of extraction and asks what can change when evidence becomes public.

The Second Line

The Second Line is a five-movement field campaign attached to DISSONANCE. It uses selectable locations, inspection, prepared records, visible 2d6 checks, position and effect, progress and danger clocks, consequence receipts, custody routes, local autosave, and a Keeper hearing.

The player’s Record Keeper role remains outside story canon. One React application owns campaign data, checks, clocks, acquisitions, consequences, saves, and progression. No expansion or paid DLC is available.
